Zhejiang Dushan resumes production at PTA plant

Zhejiang Dushan Energy has brought on stream its Purified terephthalic acid (PTA) plant in Jiaxing. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have resumed operations at its plant in the first half of September 2025 following a turnaround. The unit had been shut for maintenance on August 26, 2025. An official statement from the concerned authority was not available.” Located in Jiaxing, China, the PTA plant has a production capacity of 2.5 million mt/year.
