The Asian acrylonitrile market rose $190-$230/metric ton week over week Nov. 3, as market sentiment was boosted by rising propylene and ammonia feedstock markets as well as a bull run in China's ACN market. The CFR Far East Asia ACN price surged $190/mt week over week to $1,800/mt Nov. 3, the highest level since May 31, 2022, when the price was assessed at $1,825/mt, the CFR Southeast Asia ACN price $200/mt higher at $1,800/mt during the same period, also the highest level since May 31, 2022.
