Shandong Yulong halts production at No.1 PP unit

Shandong Yulong Petrochemical has taken off stream its No.1 Polypropylene (PP) unit. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have shut down the unit around September 15, 2025, for maintenance. Details regarding the duration of the shutdown remain unclear, and no confirmation could be obtained from an authorized representative.” Located in Yantai, China, the No.1 PP unit has a production capacity of 400,000 mt/year.
