Ishihara Sangyo to start maintenance at TiO2 units

Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha (ISK) is likely to take off stream its Titanium dioxide (TiO2) units in Yokkaichi. A source in Japan informed a team member, “The company is expected to halt operations at the units in early October 2025 for maintenance. However, details regarding the duration of the shutdown remain unclear, and confirmation from an authorized source is still pending.” Located in Yokkaichi, Japan, the TiO2 units have a production capacity of 138,000 mt/year.
