Heilongjiang Longjiang resumes production at solvents plant

Heilongjiang Longjiang Chemical has brought on stream its phenol/acetone plant. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have resumed operations at the plant around September 22, 2025, following a maintenance shutdown that began on September 6, 2025. However, an authorized source was unavailable for confirmation.” Located in Daqing, Heilongjiang in China, the plant has a phenol production capacity of 220,000 mt/year and acetone production capacity of 130,000 mt/year.
