A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have commenced maintenance turnaround at its plant around September 16, 2025. However, details regarding the duration of the shutdown remain unclear, as confirmation from an official source has not been obtained.” Located in Dalian, Liaoning in China, the plant has a production capacity of 1.4 million mt/year.
