Asian recycled LDPE prices remained stable week over week Sept. 23, over strong supply levels. Asian recycled high-density polyethylene natural film pellets stable week over week at $915/mt FOB Southeast Asia in the week to Sept. 23. Two Hong Kong-based recyclers said that trading liquidity had improved across the week, and buyers had resumed purchasing activities. However, tradable prices still remained stable over ample supply in the market. In addition, the falling Brent prices weighed on the demand, said one of the two recyclers. In scrap markets, collection efforts remained limited as well as waste collectors struggled with thinning margins.
