GPPS CFR China at $1,440/metric ton on Sept. 23, down $19/mt week over week. A trade was heard in the CFR China market for 150-200 tons of GPPS at $1,440/mt. “This week, both styrene and crude oil prices have fallen, so customers are more cautious,” a Northeast Asia- based producer said. Upstream, styrene monomer CFR China and FOB Korea at $1,285.50/mt and $1,325.50/mt on Sept. 23, down $10.50/mt day over day.
