Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical (ZPC) is in plans to take its Polycarbonate (PC) unit off stream. A source in China informed that, “The company is expected to shut down the unit in December 2025 for maintenance. The exact date and duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Zhoushan, China, the PC unit has a production capacity of 260,000 mt/year.
