Westlake is in plans to bring its Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant on stream. A source in the US informed a team member, “The company is expected to resume operations at the plant by early January 2026. The plant was shut for maintenance around October 6, 2025.” Located in Aberdeen, Mississippi in the US, the plant has a production capacity of 470,000 mt/year.
