Wanhua Petrochemical resumes production at No. 4 PO plant

Wanhua Petrochemical has brought on stream its No. 4 Propylene oxide (PO) plant. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have resumed operations at the plant around early October, 2025. The plant was shut for maintenance in mid-August 2025. no official confirmation has been received from the company." Located in Yantai, Shandong in China, the No. 4 PO plant has a production capacity of 400,000 mt/year.
