Tobu Butadiene restarts operations at Chiba BD Unit

Tobu Butadiene is now operating its butadiene unit (BD) in Chiba. Sources in Japan told a member of the team that "the company resumed operations in mid-August 2025 after a turnaround." The unit was taken off-line in the second half of May 2025. Located in Chiba in Japan, it has a capacity of 130,000mt/year.
