Tianjin Bohai Chemical to keep PDH plant offline

Tianjin Bohai Chemical Group has prolonged the shutdown of its Propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plant. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have postponed the restart of the plant for an unspecified period due to unforeseen circumstances. The plant was taken off stream around October 13, 2025, for maintenance.” Located in Tianjin, China, the plant has a propylene production capacity of 600,000 mt/year.
