Tangshan Xuyang Chemical has normalized run rates at its Phthalic anhydride (PA) plant. A source in Malaysia informed a team member, “The company is presently running the plant at normal capacity levels. A statement from an authorized source could not be obtained.” Located in Tangshan, Hebei province of China, the PA plant has a production capacity of 100,000 mt/year.
