Sinopec Hunan eyes to resume production at Epoxy resins unit

Sinopec Hunan Petrochemical is likely to bring on stream its epoxy resins unit in Yueyang. A source in China informed a team member, “The company plans to restart the unit in early September 2025, following a maintenance shutdown that began around August 18, 2025. However, no official confirmation has been obtained from an authorized representative.” Located at Yueyang, Hunan, China, the epoxy resins unit has a production capacity of 125,000 mt/year.
