Shenma Group is likely to take its Polycarbonate (PC) unit off stream. A source in China informed that, “The company is expected to shut down the unit by end October 2025 for maintenance. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located at Pingdingshan, Henan in China, the PC unit has a production capacity of 100,000 mt/year.
