Shenghong Refining resumes production at VAM plant

Shenghong Refining & Chemical has brought on stream its Vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) plant in Lianyungang. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have restarted the plant around November 10, 2025. The plant was shut for maintenance around October 10, 2025.” Located at Lianyungang, China, the unit has a production capacity of 300,000 mt/year.
