Shandong Yulong takes PBR unit off stream

Shandong Yulong Petrochemical has shut its polybutadiene Rubber (PBR) unit. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has halted operations at the unit early this week for maintenance. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Yantai, China, the PBR unit has a production capacity of 400,000 mt/year.
