Shandong Jincheng resumes operations at base oils unit

Shandong Jincheng Petrochemical has restarted its Group II base oils unit. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have recommenced operations at the unit in early December 2025. The unit was shut around end September 2025 for maintenance.” Located in Zibo, Shandong in China, the unit has a production capacity of 600,000 mt/year.
