Shandong Hengtong has taken its Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant off stream. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have halted operations at the plant around November 6, 2025. The plant is slated to remain offline for about one month.” Located in China, the plant has a production capacity of 300,000 mt/year.
