SASOL likely to start maintenance at ethanolamines unit

SASOL is in plans to take off stream its ethanolamines unit. A source in Germany informed a team member, "The company is expected to shut down the unit for maintenance starting October 1, 2025. The outage is anticipated to last for about one month. An official confirmation could not be obtained from authorized sources." Located at Marl in Germany, the ethanolamines unit has a production capacity of 45,000 mt/year.
