Sadara Chemical lifts FM on supplies of glycol ethers unit

Sadara Chemical Company has lifted a force majeure (FM) on supplies of Glycol ethers from its Al Jubail unit. A source in Saudi Arabia informed a team member, "The company heard to have has lifted the FM from its Glycol ethers unit in end August, 2025. The FM was issued at the unit around July 2, 2025 following a fire reported at the site. An official statement from the concerned authority was unavailable." Located in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, the unit has a production capacity of 200,000 mt/year.
