India PVC: Prices up a further $10/mt amid higher offers / Domestic prices reported stable / ADD implementation expected soon

CFR India PVC suspension grade at $760/mt, up $10/mt week over week. This was further driven by stronger offers and firmer buying. Several market participants believed that the market was also supported by the expectation that the antidumping duty final findings would be implemented shortly and were planning their buying indications and offers accordingly but some opinions differed. One source said that while the implementation would have to be done before the end of the upper limit, end product demand from India was relatively low, especially since the tariffs on exports to America had just been implemented.
