Nan Ya Plastics likely to start turnaround at BPA unit

Nan Ya Plastics is planning to take off-stream its Bisphenol A (BPA) unit in Mailiao. A source in Taiwan informed a team member, “The company is expected to shut its unit by the end of January 2026, for maintenance. The duration of the shutdown remains unclear.” Located in Mailiao, Taiwan, the BPA unit has a production capacity of 150,000 mt/year.
