Modern Chemistry is in plans to restart its Polypropylene (PP) plant. A source in South Korea informed that, “The company is expected to resume operations at the plant by mid-December 2025. The plant was shut in mid-October 2025 for maintenance.” Located in Daesan, South Korea, the PP plant has a production capacity of 500,000 mt/year.
