LG Chem is likely to take off stream its Polycarbonate (PC) plant in Yeosu. A source in South Korea informed a team member, “The company is expected to halt operations at the plant by mid-November 2025 for a maintenance turnaround. The plant is expected to remain offline until mid-December, 2025. However, no official confirmation has been obtained from an authorized company representative.” Located in Yeosu, South Korea, the plant has a production capacity of 170,000 mt/year.
