Jinneng Science and Technology takes No.1 PDH unit off stream

Jinneng Science and Technology has shut down its No.1 propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit in Shandong. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have halted operations at the unit on August 25, 2025, for maintenance. However, details regarding the duration of the shutdown remain unknown, and the information could not be confirmed with an authorized source.” Located in Qingdao, Shandong in China, the No.1 PDH unit has a propylene production capacity of 900,000 mt/year.
