Jiangsu Ruiheng operates ECH at lower levels

Jiangsu Ruiheng New Material Technology reduces production rates at its Epichlorohydrin plant (ECH) in Lianyungang. Sources in China told a member of the team that "the company will likely operate its plant around 60% production capacity rates." The cause of the production cut was not known. The plant is located in Lianyungang (China) and has a capacity of 150,000mt/year.
