Innova has undertaken a planned shutdown at its Polystyrene (PS) plant last week. A source in Brazil informed a team member, “The company has halted operations at the plant around February 9, 2026, for a maintenance turnaround. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Triunfo, Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil, the PS plant has a production capacity of 75,000 mt/year.
