Shandong Hualu Hengsheng has taken its adipic acid (ADA) plant offstream. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has shut the plant around January 26, 2026, for maintenance. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Dezhou, Shandong province of China, the plant has a production capacity of 200,000 mt/year.
