Guangxi Huayi New Materials has taken its N-butanol (NBA) unit offstream. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has shut the unit on January 4, 2026 for maintenance. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Guangxi, China, the unit has a production capacity of 300,000 mt/year.
