GS Caltex resumes operations at TDP unit

GS Caltex has restarted its Toluene disproportionation (TDP) unit. A source in South Korea informed a team member, “The company has brought the unit onstream around January 18, 2026. The unit was shut for maintenance in the first half of December 2025.” Located in Yeosu, South Korea, the TDP unit has a production capacity of 460,000 mt/year.
