Dalian Hengli is operating its Acetic acid plant at normal rates. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is currently operating its plant at normal capacity levels. However, no official confirmation could be obtained.” Located in Changxing Island, Dalian in China, the plant has a production capacity of 850,000 mt/year.
