CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical has halted operations at its No.2 and No.3 Polypropylene (PP) units. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has reportedly shut the units around October 31, 2025 for maintenance. The duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Ningbo, Zhejiang in China, the No.2 and No.3 PP units have individual production capacities of 450,000 mt/year.
