Chang Chun Petrochemical is presently running its Acetic acid plant at reduced capacity rates. A source in China informed that, "The plant is operating at around 65-70% production capacity levels since the end of January 2026. The reason behind the production cut could not be ascertained." Located in Mailiao, Taiwan, the plant has a production capacity of 600,000 mt/year.
