Fujian Refining resumes production at No.1 BD plant

Fujian Refining and Petrochemical has reportedly brought its No.1 butadiene (BD) plant on stream. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have restarted the plant in the first half of October 2025. The plant had been shut down for maintenance around September 10, 2025.” Located in Quanzhou, China, the No.1 butadiene plant has a production capacity of 120,000 mt/year.
