Asian PVC prices were stable to weak in the week to Sept. 3, with competitive deals closed throughout the week. PVC CFR China unchanged week over week at $705/mt Sept. 3, below offers heard at $710-$730/mt. Market participants heard weak demand for PVC this week. "Both sellers and buyers are holding," a China-based trader said. East China domestic ethylene-based PVC down Yuan 50/mt week over week at Yuan 4,900/mt Sept. 3, in line with tradable indications heard at Yuan 4,800-5,000/mt.
