Asia Polymer Corp likely to continue with lower run rates at EVA plant

Asia Polymer Corp (APC) is expected to operate its Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) plant at curtailed levels. A source in Taiwan informed a team member, “The company is likely to operate the plant at reduced rates through October 2025. The reason for the production cut remains unclear, as no official statement has been released by the concerned authority.” Located in Linyuan, Kaohsiung in Taiwan, the plant has a production capacity of 100,000 mt/year.
