The South Asian polypropylene price fell in the week ending May 13 amid lower offers heard from China. PP raffia/injectiongrade at $1,345/metric ton CFR South Asia May 13, down $25 week over week, below the lowest offer heard and corroborated at $1,350/mt, and considering tradable indications heard at $1,300-$1,350/mt CFR South Asia. Separately, the assessment did not consider offers heard at $1,150/mt, $1,300/mt, and $1,330/mt as it could not be corroborated in the wider market. Offers heard in the $1,270- 1,290/mt range were not considered, as they also couldn't be corroborated with the wider market.
