Asian PVC prices were stable to weak in the week to Sept. 10, with competitive deals closed throughout the week. PVC CFR China unchanged week over week at $705/mt Sept. 10, below offers heard at $710-$730/mt. Market participants heard that Asian Producers had closed their September offers, along with weaker demand for PVC in the Chinese import market this week.
