Crude oil futures rose in afternoon trading on Sept. 10 following Israel's strike on Hamas leadership in Qatar, with gains bolstered by reports of US President Donald Trump urging the EU to impose 100% tariffs on India and China to pressure Russia to conclude the war in Ukraine.
