The price discussions in the Indian polyvinyl chloride market were up $30/mt week over week of Aug. 26, amid higher discussions from China, Taiwan and Japan amid firmer freight costs. CFR India PVC suspension grade at $840/ metric ton on Aug. 26, up $30/mt week over week, under offers heard higher at $850/mt for a China-origin cargo.
