Asian PVC prices were stable to strong in the week to Sept. 17, as market participants adopted a wait-and-watch approach ahead of October offers expected to be announced next week. PVC CFR China unchanged week over week at $705/mt on Sept. 17, below offers heard at $710-$730/mt. Market participants heard weaker demand for PVC in the Chinese import market during the week. "This week has been very quiet," a Northeast Asian producer said.
