Zhongjiang Petrochemical has shut down its Polypropylene (PP) unit in Fuqing. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have halted operations at the unit on September 8, 2025, for maintenance. Details regarding the duration of the shutdown remain unclear, and confirmation from an authorized source is still pending.” Located in Fuqing, China, the PP unit has a production capacity of 350,000 mt/year.
