The October EB2610 SM futures contract listed on the Dalian Commodity Exchange gained 100 yuan/mt day over day to 8,639 yuan/mt on Aug. 28 in the afternoon trading session at 3 pm Beijing time. Styrene prices took cues from crude oil, a China-based buyer said. The front-month ICE October Brent futures contract gained $1.90/barrel on the trading session to $89.39/b on Aug. 28, as of the Asian close at 4:30 pm.
