Asian Benzene: Falls amid weak domestic China market / ENEOS nominates $760/mt for Oct benzene ACP / 30,000-40,000 mt expected from Europe in Dec: source

Asian benzene down $2/mt day over day at $707.67/mt FOB Korea Sept. 26, tracking weakness in domestic China markets. Upstream, the front-month ICE Brent futures contract closed 70 cents/b higher day over day at $69.55/b, while the naphtha C+F Japan marker 50 cents/mt lower at $608/mt. The domestic East China marker was assessed Yuan 13/mt lower day over day at Yuan 5,868/mt, equating to $715.56/mt on an import-parity basis. During the Market on Close assessment process, no trades were reported.
