SK Advanced brings PDH unit on stream

SK Advanced has restarted its Propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit in Ulsan. A source in South Korea informed a team member, “The company has resumed operations at the unit on August 9, 2025 following an unplanned outage. The unit was shut on July 21, 2025 owing to a technical issue.” Located in Ulsan, South Korea, the PDH unit has a propylene production capacity of 600,000 mt/year.
