PetroChina Dushanzi to take No.4 PP plant off stream

PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical is likely to undertake a planned shutdown at its No.4 polypropylene (PP) plant. A source in China informed a team member, “The company will shut the plant towards end August 2025 for maintenance. The plant is slated to remain offline for about 7 days.” Located in Dushanzi, Xinjiang in China, the No. 4 PP plant has a production capacity of 250,000 mt/year.
